1. Introduction
Welcome to Counsly. By accessing and using our website (www.counsly.org) and services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Counsly offers college admissions consulting services, including essay review, school research, activity list support, and application guidance. We do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during consultations.
Users agree to use our services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Users may not distribute, copy, or share any materials provided by Counsly without permission.

4. Payment & Package Deals

Counsly offers package-based consulting services, which must be paid for in full upfront.
Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Essay Editing & Activity List Policy
To ensure high-quality feedback and maintain consultant workflow, all packages include a maximum of two essays edited per month, except for the following:

Rush Junior Package – up to four essays edited per month
Rush Senior Package – up to four essays edited per month
The Counsly Package – up to four essays edited per month

Counsly does not ghostwrite or provide unethical assistance.
Clients may not pressure consultants to exceed the designated number of essay edits per month. Attempts to do so will not be allowed.

Activity List Support:

Standard, Prestige, and Extended Packages include full activity list creation support, guiding clients from brainstorming through final editing.
Rush Packages include expedited activity list review, intended for clients under tight deadlines who already have a draft. These do not include full development support.

Rush Packages are fast-tracked services meant for clients with limited time before application deadlines and are not ideal for those seeking in-depth, long-term guidance.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
No-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted solely at Counsly’s discretion:

If no sessions have been redeemed, a 100% refund may be provided.
If only one session has been redeemed, a 75% refund may be provided.
Once two or more sessions have been redeemed, no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests must be made before the client graduates from high school.
Unused sessions expire upon high school graduation and cannot be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability
Counsly is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee acceptance into any college or university.

9. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Changes to Terms
Counsly reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
