Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 3/31/25

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted solely at Counsly’s discretion.

  • If no sessions have been redeemed, a 100% refund may be provided.
     

  • If only one session has been redeemed, a 75% refund may be provided.
     

  • Once two or more sessions have been redeemed, no refunds will be issued.
     

  • Refund requests must be made before the client graduates from high school.
     

  • Unused sessions expire upon high school graduation and cannot be refunded.
     

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
     

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
     

  • No-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
     

3. Policy Changes

Counsly reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
